Who we are
GMG was formed in March of 2025 when Ghost Capital invested in The Butler Weldments Corp. Butler is a long-time supplier of fabricated and machined metal components to U.S. shipyards, defense primes, space industry, and industrial customers. In addition to Butler Weldments, Ghost Metals Group is actively searching for new investment opportunities.
GMG’s mission is clear: to apply our resources, experience, and expertise to create a modernized and integrated supplier that can meet the rigorous demands of the shipbuilders’ schedule and support them in rebuilding the U.S. maritime fleet, while supporting other critical industries.
